Journaling has long been considered a deeply transformative and meditative tool. The process of writing in journal allows an individual to reflect on the key areas they are working on. In this case, the primary focus is on healing your grief and life disappointments. For many of you, this process will allow your emotions to ripple to the surface rather than suppress them. It is a time to reflect and look inward at the workings of the your emotional heart and acknowledge the vast collection of thoughts in your mind.
