Weddings can be performed in any location. We also offer blessings rituals for your new born, the sick, your home and to honour significant changes in your life.

A copy of the text of your ceremony will be beautifully bound and decorated for you to cherish.

We embrace all concepts from simple to elaborate, and all aspects of spirituality and personal expression. Draw from ancient rituals and cultures, or from the rich tradition of verses on love by poets as diverse as Kahil Gibran and Shel Silverstein, or pen your own expressions - or do all of the above. We promise a customized wedding ceremony that will be unique, spiritually fulfilling, emotionally rich, and memorable for all.

  • INTRODUCTORY ONE HOUR MEETING - at which the reverend will gather background information, help to clarify your vision of the event, and capture the essence of your unique relationship
  • A DRAFT OF THE CEREMONY - to be emailed to the couple for preview and final approval before the wedding
  • YOUR CHOICE OF LOCATION FOR THE CEREMONY - anywhere in Southern Ontario
  • BEAUTIFULLY BOUND AND DECORATED TEXT - a copy of the finalized text of your ceremony, beautifully bound and decorated for you to cherish.
  • PERFORMING THE CEREMONY - under the jurisdiction of the Province of Ontario

Star of Wisdom

The Four Directional Stars

This ceremony will be created in keeping with ancient shamanistic principles and energies, designed to prepare the couple for a life in harmony with the natural and spiritual worlds.

Rev. Alex is descended from a long line of Yaqui Indians, the tribe upon which the books of Carlos Castaneda were based. The Yaqui are known for their healing powers and their deep connection to nature. They believed the world of spirit and the natural world were a perfect unit, balanced and whole and residing in us all. The couple will gain a greater understanding of the balance between the two worlds, and of the nature of Spirit and its connection to every day life.

Customized rituals will be devised to facilitate connection and balance for the couple, including a revelation of each person's unique animal totem and the animal token they share as a couple. Rev. Alex will clear and bless the ceremonial space with traditional, revered herbs and prepare a special herbal bath for the couple to bathe in prior to the ceremony.

She will also perform the ancient ritual of the blessing of the rings, by evoking the four guardians of the four compass directions (east, west, south and north). Candles and incense will be selected to reflect the spirit essence of the couple. Flowers will be chosen that stimulate and enhance the energy of the couple's chakra and will be worn by the couple and used for decoration.

By employing techniques of shamanistic divination, the most auspicious date for the wedding and for its location will be determined.

This package also includes the clearing of past relationship energies that will release any baggage carried from old, worn out attachments that may be hindering your fulfillment as a couple. If one or both of the couple have been married previously, there will be a ritual prior to taking the vows to vanquish and disconnect any lingering spirit essence. Your hearts will be strengthened with knowledge gained by experience, and your energy freed to focus on your present and future prospects.

The package does not include the flowers and candles. Herbal bath and smudging herbs are included in the price.
